The information you submit for publication on the site is here agreed to be subject to the Terms and Conditions of website user membership. Information related to your use of the site is hereinafter called “Publication Information” and we as Provider of the website agree to act at all times with this information as per the agreed Terms and Conditions that relate to Member use of this service.
   
   
3. In the event that you, the User, decide to become a paid subscribing Member of this site (also known as “Gold Member”) we the Provider will require information related to payment for such membership. This information is here agreed to be given and received in commercial confidence between yourself the User and us the Provider and is hereinafter called “Invoice Information”.
   
   
4. We the Provider undertake to constantly update various statistics related to website usage by all Members and this statistical information can be made available to other members at no cost. Such information is hereinafter to be called “Statistical Information”.
   
   
5. In the event that a subscription member requests clarification or assistance on the text or meaning of an advertisement that appears on the website he can obtain such information from the Provider at no charge to himself. His request for clarification/assistance is hereinafter called, “Additional Information”.

In summary, we therefore have 5 different sorts of information relevant to Member´s use of this website —

We, the Provider, here agree to share member information only in conformity to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and otherwise to treat all information from members in commercial confidence using high standards of security to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of this website.

In the event that a Member abuses his membership in respect of his activities on this website we the Provider reserve the right to terminate his membership of this site and to state such a fact to other members with whom he has corresponded during the time of his membership. We also reserve the right to submit disputes to international arbitration in the event that the privileges or rights of members are lost or are claimed to have been lost in respect of their privacy concerning issues of commercial confidence.

We the Provider will routinely share information with members of this website but will at all times do so in accordance with the Terms and Conditions agree to by all user members.
