Payment will be settled down as below: a) 70% of the Payment will be effective against set of shipping documents. b) 30% of the payment will be due to the Seller at Buyer's destination/discharge port - China. The port of destination inspection will be done and CIQ certificate issued within 5 working days of vessel arrival. c) The scanned copy of the china CIQ shall be sent to the seller for the calculation of the 30% balance to be stated on the invoice.
