Inconel 718 has high yield, tensile and creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 1300°F (704°C). Besides this alloy has an excellent oxidation resistance up to 1800°F (980°C), also stable chemical properties at low temperatures.
One of the mainly performance of 601 is inexorability in high temperature, even in very inclement conditions. If in the process of heating and cooling cycle, 601 can generate the dense layer of oxide film to get high spalling resistance.

Hastelloy C4 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with similar corrosion resistance to Hastelloy C276. But Alloy C4 has much improved stability at higher temperature due to its lower carbon, silicon, iron, tungsten composition.
Hastelloy C-276 alloy is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium wrought alloy which is generally considered a versatile corrosion resistant alloy. Hastelloy C-276 is an improved wrought version of Hastelloy C and has improved fabricability. Hastelloy C-276 has excellent resistance to localized corrosion and to both oxidizing and reducing media.
Inconel 625, a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy with low carbon and niobium addition, has superior resistance to high temperature effects such as oxidation and carburization as well as to a wide range of corrosive environments of unusual severity, especially resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
ERNiCrMo-3 is used for Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) of Inconel 601, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825 and a range of high alloy austenitic and super austenitic stainless steels.
Commercially wrought Nickel 200 ( UNS N02200) , a grade of pure nickel contains 99.2% nickel, has excellent mechanical properties, magnetic properties, high thermal, electrical conductivity and excellent resistance to many corrosive environment. Nickel 200 is useful in any environment below 600F (315C). It has highly resistance to neutral and alkaline salt solutions. Nickel 200 also has low corrosion rates in neutral and distilled water.
The applications of pure nickel includes food processing equipment, magnetostrictive devices and rechargeable batteries, computers, cellular Phone, power tools, camcorders and so on.
Nichrome 80/20 is a high grade austenitic alloy. Due to its ductibility and strength at high temperature, Nichrome 80/20 is especially suitable for applications in the electrical appliance industry. In industrial furnace use Nichrome 80/20 has many advantages due to its excellent mechanical properties in the hot state. Nichrome 80/20 has superior life compared to competitive NiCr alloys because of the extremely good adhesion properties of the surface oxide.
Typical applications for Nichrome 80/20 are ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements, cartridge elements and so on.
Nichrome 60/15, also known as Nikrothal 60, can be used at operating temperatures up to 1000°C. Nichrome 60/15 has excellent hot strength, good oxidation properties and very good formability. Nichrome 60/15 has good corrosion resistance except in sulphur containing atmospheres and certain controlled atmospheres (See the reason here). Nichrome 60/15 can be used as electric heating elements in domestic appliances and furnace applications up to high temperature.
Typical applications for Nichrome 60/15 are in metal sheathed tubular elements used in grills, toaster ovens, storage heaters, etc and as suspended coils in air heaters used in clothes dryers, fan heaters, hand dryers.
Hastelloy C22, also known as alloy C22, is a versatile austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The high chromium content in Hastelloy C22 provides good resistance to oxidizing media while the molybdenum and tungsten content give good resistance to reducing media.
